Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 5 pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or SMS.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)
Standard Shipping [4-8] business days
Express Shipping [1-4] business days
Free Shipping (orders over $500) Free [4-8] business days

International Shipping
We offer shipping to select countries outside Australia. International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location:

Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing or other delays beyond our control.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct as we are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers

Solebarr ships to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers using Australia Post. However, some items may be restricted for delivery to these addresses, and we will notify you if that applies to your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery.
Please allow 2 business days for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

International Shipping Considerations

For international orders:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Solebarr is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All customs or import charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays Due to Customs: Customs processing times may vary by country. We recommend checking your local customs office for current procedures. Please be aware that any delays caused by customs or the destination country’s postal system are beyond our control.
Restricted Items: Certain products may not be eligible for international shipping due to local laws or customs regulations. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a refund.

Shipping Delays and Issues

Damaged or Lost Packages

Solebarr is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend keeping the packaging and any damaged items as evidence.
